Returns and Refunds – Gaia Conceptstore
At Gaia Conceptstore we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our 14 Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to submit a return request. Returned items must meet the conditions outlined below to be accepted.
Submit a Return Request
Visit our return portal and fill in the return request form using your order number and return reason.
Prepare Your Return
Place the item securely in its original packaging and include the packing slip from your shipment. This helps us process your return quickly and accurately.
Ship Your Return
• Customers within the EU: Follow the instructions provided in the return portal
• Customers outside the EU: Create a shipping label with the carrier of your choice and send the parcel to the return address provided in your return confirmation email
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility it will undergo a quality control inspection. This process can take up to 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
We aim to finalise refunds within 14 days from the moment your return is delivered to us. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days please contact us at info@gaiaconceptstore.com
Return Conditions
We cannot accept returns in the following situations:
• Items have been worn, washed or show any signs of use
• The original hangtag has been removed or is missing
• Items have been altered, adjusted or customised
• Items have strong odors such as perfume, smoke or body odor
• Items are returned without the original packaging, accessories or gifts
• Items are returned outside the 14 day return window
• Items are marked as sale or non returnable at the time of purchase
• Hygiene sensitive items such as underwear, swimwear or similar products with broken hygiene seals
• Items received do not match the original order
• Items show excessive wear or damage caused by misuse or neglect
• Returns are submitted without a valid order number, return request or proof of purchase
• Items are damaged due to improper care or incorrect handling
Recommendation
Please check your items carefully before removing the hangtag. Once the hangtag is removed, claims for defects or quality issues cannot be accepted.
Items that do not meet the return conditions or items sent back without submitting a return request may be refused.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. For the fastest solution we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the product you would like to receive.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. This right is in addition to our own return policy.
