At Gaia Conceptstore we make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping procedures, delivery times and international shipping details.
Order Processing
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During busy periods such as new collection launches, holidays or sale events the processing time may be slightly longer. Even then our team will work with care and efficiency to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Destinations
Gaia Conceptstore offers worldwide shipping.
We ship to countries in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and Africa. This includes but is not limited to:
Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Japan, China, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico and many more destinations.
If your country does not appear at checkout please contact our Customer Service. We will be happy to assist you and check if it is possible to add your destination.
International Shipping and Customs
International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means the following applies:
• All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout
• You pay these costs in advance
• No additional charges will be required upon delivery
This ensures a transparent and smooth shipping experience.
Please note that you remain responsible for complying with local customs laws and regulations. Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays which are beyond our control.
Address Changes and Tracking
Once an order has been placed the shipping address cannot be changed because we begin processing immediately.
You will receive an email with a Track and Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. Tracking information becomes active once the carrier has scanned your parcel which may take until the next working day.
If you have not received your order please check whether it has been delivered to a neighbor or if a delivery notice has been left.
If the Track and Trace code shows that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it please contact us at info@gaiaconceptstore.com.
Non Delivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered as expected or if the tracking information shows an error you can contact us for assistance. We will look into the issue and if necessary reach out to the carrier on your behalf.
